Within the project, 11 institutionalized or post-institutionalized young people were selected and subsequently graduated the professional training course on gardening. The trainees have benefited from exchanges of experience with Austrian vocational schools and had access to complementary facilities (vocational counseling, psychological counseling, social work). In addition, they also went on a thematic trip to the Faculty of Agronomy in Cluj and to the Botanical Garden in Cluj. We organized a non-formal education seminar to improve student-teacher interaction. We have also set up a social enterprise for insertion, Concordia Agricultura, where 4 jobs were created, subsequently occupied by young graduates of the training course. We also held two debates, as well as a series of presentation meetings in which information about the social enterprise model was disseminated.
