From disability to ability - a project for an active inclusion of people with visual disabilities in the labour market

During the project, we set up a Resource Center for visually impaired people, equipped with assistive equipment. We have also created a job portal and developed supporting documents for both visually impaired people and employers (over 900 hits). We have 6 partnerships (with NGOs, public institutions, employers) that facilitate the inclusion of people with visual impairments at work. During the project, we have organized 14 personal and professional training sessions through which 120 beneficiaries have been counseled and 3 job-shops for people with visual impairments attended by 150 people. Also, 11 visually impaired people have found a job. We managed to update the COR table by adding two new trades that can be performed by visually impaired people.
