Within the project, we have facilitated the transfer of Swiss expertise to 5 Romanian apprentices for the accumulation of knowledge in the field of restoration and organ construction. In this context, 575 hours of theory and practice classes were held, 4 organs from the Transylvanian Saxon lands were restored and a new organ was built. The apprentices benefited from the Swiss partners’ expertise for 81 days and participated in a complex training program, which also included training sessions organized in Switzerland, including the field of business management. The sessions also focused on the development of entrepreneurial skills, so that 3 of the 5 apprentices benefited from over 250 hours of consultancy in the field: business analysis, development and implementation of a business plan, development of a business plan for a start-up and its implementation.
