Through the project we have responded to the need for a new public policy that adapts the pension system to the current problems and the demographic challenges foreseen for the years to come. Thus, we have managed to include the subject on the public agenda, making it easier to provide clear data and efficiency options. We have developed and promoted three public policy options concerning the pension reform, based on current situation research, involvement of relevant social actors (experts, representatives of the administration, politicians, businesses, citizens, civil society organizations) and analysis of key socio-demographic indicators. The resulting study and identified alternatives can be read in Romanian at https://bit.ly/2teujs1
