We formed the “Clean Universities Coalition”, the most important measure of monitoring integrity and good governance in Romanian public universities. We are talking about a concept developed and implemented for the first time in Romania that became a source of inspiration for experts and organizations around the world. Throughout the project, we have carried out a complex evaluation process for each university. The final report includes the results of the evaluations and the final ranking of the universities and can be read here: https://bit.ly/2GhYLKh. On the other hand, the project has made an important contribution to the fight against plagiarism and to informing on students’ rights in academia. In this regard, we have developed 2 useful guides: “The Academic Writing Guide for Students” and “The Students’ Guide to Highlighting and Fighting the Breach of the University Ethics Rules”. In addition, we provided legal advice to teachers and students in litigation and non-transparent/illegal decisions in the academic environment.
