Through this project, 10 specialists had the opportunity to visit 10 institutions in Switzerland to find out more about the services available there: types and methods of work, costs and funding, State and family responsibilities. Furthermore, 47 social service specialists from Bacău participated in trainings on services for the elderly and services for children with autism, and 74 specialists participated in a training in the field of combined arts. 500 manuals on special mobile services for people with disabilities in rural areas were distributed to specialists and profile institutions in the county. 250 children from 5 centers and 200 parents from the rural environment of Bacău County benefited from the services provided by a mobile team of specialists including a nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist, speech therapist, art therapist. We also provided information and counseling services to over 200 pregnant women in rural areas.
