During the implementation of the project, we have extended the area of intervention of the Federation of Non Governmental Organizations for Social Services (FONSS) at national level through the establishment of the Dizabnet Federation and the inclusion of new NGOs in this federation. We have organized 3 workshops with social services NGOs in Sibiu, Constanţa and Bucharest in order to promote FONSS and the role of the federation in social services, as well as to present the opportunity to join FONSS. Also within the project, FONSS has initiated two steps to change and improve the legislation in force (Law 248/2013 and the Social Dialogue Law) to deputies and MPs. We have also organized a strategic planning meeting with 24 members from FONSS member organizations. The Federation has expanded, reaching 32 members. We have also carried out a national research for 2015 in the field of social services. Within the project we have also set up the social enterprise Expert Team, providing free services in 4 areas to the members: legal advice, advocacy, communication and financial consultancy. Furthermore, we have conducted a broad advocacy campaign for the preservation of the sector of authorized facilities for people with disabilities and for taking part in a collective advocacy action to maintain the Ordinance 26/2000 on associations and foundations unchanged.
