Within the project, we held seminaries for the facilitation of the exchange of know-how between Romanian and Swiss experts in order to adopt / adapt the Swiss methods regarding the access to education institutions for students with disabilities. We also organized task groups in order to monitor the progress made by universities in improving accessibility tools and mechanisms for students with disabilities. Later on we also carried out an evaluation of the implementation of the “Inclusion Framework for Students with Disabilities” in the 4 state universities from Timisoara. We have conducted 4 advocacy campaigns for inclusive campuses developed by the student initiative organizations/groups from Timisoara. Additionally, 4 sustainability protocols have been signed, through which universities commit themselves to continue their efforts to improve the accessibility at higher education.
