Through this project, 295 patients and 180 personal assistants have benefited from integrated services (social, medical, educational, research) at the NoRo Center in Zalau. In addition, we have prepared 24 young people with disabilities to develop independent life skills, as well as 438 people, specialists and caregivers in the field of rare disease management. Prader Willi Association has developed a training strategy for social service providers and has set up the NoRo HelpLine connected to the European network of rare disease care lines. Over 860 people have benefited from this service. The NoRo Center is part of the network called RO-NMCA ID, which is also included in the European Reference Network ITHACA. Prader Willi Association in Romania has also had the opportunity to obtain ISO 9001 certification for the provision of integrated services to people with rare diseases and their family members.
