During this project, 27 local institutions have established a support network that targeted the provision of integrated services to the citizens of Ploiesti municipality found in situations of social vulnerability. In this context, 95 families have received counseling, personal development or occupational services, advice for obtaining identity documents. These families have also received guidance on how to accesss information regarding their social rights, health information, financial support for consumer goods, social assistance, information and counseling for children’s schooling through a mobile team consisting of a nurse, a social worker and a specialized counselor.
