About 5,400 high school and adult learners in Romania have benefited from Swiss anti-discrimination education and personal development workshops. We organized 14 non-formal pilot education sessions on discrimination and its effects on vulnerable groups, particularly LGBT people, for high school students in Adjud, Alexandria, Bucharest, Călărași, Curtea de Argeş, Giurgiu and Tecuci. Another 25 workshops for relational techniques between parents – children and teachers – students were dedicated to parents and teachers. The project also included an organizational development component, an opportunity for the Semper Musica Association to develop its first strategic plan, the first operational plan, and to adapt different Swiss tools to the social context in Romania in order to streamline the management of the association.
