Approximately 200 elderly people in Brașov, people with disabilities, chronic patients, people who are bedridden or in difficulty to move, who need assistance, treatment, functional recovery or rehabilitation, have benefited from integrated home care services during the implementation of the project. The service was developed with the support of Swiss partner Luzerner Rumänienhilfe Association, who provided models of good practice in home care, modern wound management solutions and methods of organizing and administrative functioning in this field.
