We have promoted volunteering in the N-W region of Romania. 30 NGOs have developed a regional volunteering network in the field of social services in the counties of Bihor, Satu Mare and Salaj and have set up the “Volunteering Office”. This office operates within the headquarters of the Caritas Catholic Association Oradea and provides support to both volunteers and organizations. Throughout the project, we managed to attract over 100 new volunteers and train them to improve the quality of the services provided. Over 4,000 people included in various social programs benefitted from the help offered by volunteers.
