During this project, we have trained 12 volunteers in Snoezelen therapy, a multi-sensory therapy that can help reduce the negative effect of disorders by stimulating unaffected functions. At the same time, we have arranged three Snoezelen rooms for therapies: two fixed ones – in the Oncology Department of the Fundeni Hospital and at the TOTTORO Association headquarters – and a mobile one to be used in schools for children with special needs. 360 children with disorders have received therapy in these special rooms.
