Through this project, we have aimed to develop the independent life skills and increase the quality of life for 127 children from secondary education in Bacau County, through non-formal education methods complementary to school educational activities. In this regard, we organized 11 thematic workshops, accompanied by practical activities (outdoor and volunteering) for the development of these skills, such as: self-knowledge and personal development, emotional knowledge and management, interpersonal communication, conflict and conflict management, creative behavior, problem solving, healthy lifestyle, psychosexuality, stress and stress control, career planning, photographic art. 20 volunteers and 200 teachers/ social workers/ representatives of NGOs and institutions were involved in these activities. The Good Practice Model and the Life Skills Development Guide were promoted during three events organized in Bacau. Also, thanks to this project, we have developed our Organizational Development Strategy for a 5-year period.
