88 Concept Notes were submitted under the 1st window of the Civic Engagement Program. The list is available here.

Under the 1st window projects, the application and evaluation procedure consists of two distinct stages:

Stage 1: Concept Notes
In this stage, all Applicants shall fill in the online Application Form and upload the Declaration of eligibility to the application platform. All Concept Notes submitted on the application platform will enter the evaluation procedure.

Stage 2: Full Proposals

Only the selected Concept Notes will proceed and start the process of developing the Full Proposals with close guidance from the PO, by filling in the online Application Form and uploading all its annexes to the application platform. All the Full Proposals submitted online will be approved by the Grant Selection Committee.

The evaluation and selection results will be published on www.elvetiaromania, under the 1st window section.
