The website www.elvetiaromania.ro is the property of the Civil Society Development Foundation (CSDF), having its registered office at Str. Nerva Traian, No. 21, Sector 3, Bucharest, registered with the Sector 2 Court under Judicial Decision No. 111 dated December 21, 1994, fiscal code RO14476331, and can be contacted at the e-mail address: office@fdsc.ro. Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the website will also be referred to as “elvetiaromania.ro”. Access to and use of the website are subject to these rules, the terms and conditions below, as well as the applicable legislation.

The use of the website as a visitor and access to the information provided therein implies your full reading, understanding, and acceptance of these terms and conditions of use of the website, along with all consequences arising from their acceptance. The term “user” of the website refers to any “visitor” who accesses the website www.elvetiaromania.ro.

The Civil Society Development Foundation reserves the right to modify, revise, or supplement these rules at any time without prior notice to users. The website located at www.elvetiaromania.ro provides informational services concerning the Civic Engagement Program, including its calls for proposals, news updates, useful resources, and other pertinent information relevant to the Program.

The website www.elvetiaromania.ro reserves the right to restrict the use of any service on the website for commercial purposes. By using the website www.elvetiaromania.ro, you agree not to use any automated system that accesses the website and submits an unreasonably large number of requests, exceeding those requested by an ordinary visitor/user.

The spaces and dimensions of advertising campaigns and promotions do not require the consent of visitors or users of the website and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

www.elvetiaromania.ro assumes no responsibility for damages or losses resulting from advertising campaigns or promotions organized on the website, other than those strictly organized by CSDF.

The Civil Society Development Foundation will cooperate with the authorities to prevent or impede such violations and to investigate facts involving such violations. The unauthorized disruption of the operation of the computer system, by introducing false data, transmitting, modifying, deleting, or damaging computer data, or by restricting access to this data, constitutes an offense and is punishable according to Law No. 161/2003 (SECTION 1 Offenses against the confidentiality and integrity of data and information systems / Art. 45). The user is fully responsible for the correctness and compliance of the information provided to CSDF.

Service Availability

CSDF reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, partially or completely, the services made available to visitors and users through this website, without prior notice. CSDF is not liable to users, any third-party natural or legal person, or institution for the modification, suspension, or interruption of the services available through the website for reasons beyond its control. CSDF may change the content and terms of use of the website at any time. The new conditions become valid when they have been made public by posting on this website. In the event of technical difficulties preventing visitors/users from applying to one of the funding lines managed by the Civil Society Development Foundation, these must be reported to the website administrators.
